This assessment takes into consideration the biological, psychological, and social aspects of the client, understanding their background and how it affects their current functioning. This assessment looks at the cultural factors involved in their history, how they either were able to embrace knowledge of their past or lack its understanding. Knowing the youth’s developmental history and assessing their ability to achieve bio psychosocial developmental milestones help our staff develop a specialized and individualized approach to treatment.
